What's even more weird... I have the same ECM Cal ID in my 2015.5 Yukon XL Denali, with TCM Cal 24274897.
Getting ready to pass smog here in California after a...
I get quite a bit of KR (consistently 3-4*) using Russ’ 2018 Denali 6.2 timing tables. The shift programming is much better, but need to find a way to smooth out the shift to first at 5mph, coming...
Also wondering the same thing. I?ve already used credits on my 15 Yukon XL Denali, and would like to smooth out the shifting some? a bump in low rpm torque would be great too! ;)
I've been battling my 15 Denali XL's 8 speed. The tuneup I've got delays shifting a couple seconds before it engages the next gear. Tow/haul works fine. I'd love to see someone else's '15-16 tunes...
Great idea for a service! Love that concept.
So I will need to play with these numbers to get close to my shift rpm of 6100?
I didn't, I thought that referenced "As long as I'm above this".
I want to change the shift RPM to 6100 rpm from 5800 but can't seem to do this. When I edit shift RPM, I get a big delay between shifts. I have removed 'torque management' and it feels great now,...
I had a problem last night with AFR Spark Correction adding timing to my setup, definitely check out ECT/IAT as previously mentioned.
Also - I have my High/Low octane tables set to the same, but...
What'd you end up finding out on this?
Agreed, definitely get an adjustable regulator. Cool sounding build!
Will be posting the stock file here soon. There are a crap load of tables in this thing compared to my 02 Tahoe PCM in my 67 firebird! What are the common changes to give this a bit of boost in...
Mind doing a bit of data logging for us, post your log, and config used for log?
PID #50121 I believe was correct in the older version of VCM Scanner.
I have my scanner set up to use 6001 and am also going to use the EGR #55 blue input for 5V out of my AEM.
Steve, take a look at the customer tune repository, there, you'll find various 2 bar and 3 bar solutions that might fit the bill for you. As previously mentioned, the tune may get the car running,...
Set both of these tables to the same. I believe the PCM forces low octane when maf has been failed. I just programmed both tables to be identical.
Interesting, sounds unrelated to the transmission swap honestly. My th400 setup lights instantly and continues running, even with my half assed tune-up in there. I'd make sure that tps is good and...
I'd definitely start by going back to stock (on the diablosport), then pulling the flash image from your stock PCM, that's the file you'll want to edit with fan control, fuel/timing and torque...
It's going to if the Diablo re-writes calibration data. Check out the customer tune repository for various tunes, you can copy the tables to your tune and write the calibration table without having...
I've got VCM Suite 3.0, I'm not seeing a way to save .cfg, just .xml, hope that's okay! I have a bad bog that pegs the wideband at 10:1 AFR at WOT before it hits boost, once it hits, it takes off...
Hey guys, I have a stock PCM out of my 02 Z71 Tahoe I'd like to use in my application, is there any benefit/drawback to using the OS/VIN for that 02 Tahoe vs a car PCM for 99+ ? I'd hate to burn...
Appreciate your input, I did re-calibrate this table to no avail. I leaned it wayyyyy out and it made zero difference, the second it tries to go into boost, it stutters something fierce and dumps...
Awesome, thank you for the help Bill, I sure appreciate it.
Bill - Thanks for taking the time to respond. Yes, I did mention stock file, I meant my un-modified out of the PCM file, I do realize it was an efi-live tune, but wasn't aware that once flashed with...
Hey guys, new user here, so forgive me if I'm making a simple mistake. I had my buddy flash a base map (with efilive) in this bad boy to get it running, and now it's time to tune so I picked up HP...
