Mine doesn't. I purchased a 2010 EBCM (programmed the same VIN w/SPS) to install and try it, but haven't gotten around to it yet.

I replaced the 2009 E38 in my LS7 with a 2010-2013 E38 off eBay.

Installed it in my car (as I couldn't do stand alone programming), hooked it up to my Bosch M-VCI, reprogrammed it with a 2010 VIN...

FWIW.

I cannot open the tune file.

Error "This tune is part of a remote tuning network that you are not part of"

I have their EFI pro series, and cannot standalone program with my Bosch M-VCI.

Curious to how you wired in the BCM.

Bottom line is the AFR500 is the same as the AFX but branded for Ballenger.

Any updates on the ECM AFM1500 unit?

I sent an email asking for serial support for the ECM1500. You will probably have much more influence in getting it that I will.

That's the problem we are trying to address, or at least I am. Using a Bosch Mastertech MVCI and EFI Connection stand alone harness I am unable to program using TDS.

Forgot I wrote it down on a piece of paper.

"M6413: Off-board Programming Detected" and will not allow me to continue; it just restarts.

Forget the exact message, but was "off board programming detected" and would not allow me to continue.

Just reprogramming original/updated OS via TDS.

I'm using the EFI professional harness and cannot program off board. I sent Mike at EFI Connection an email about this and never heard back.
