In your OP you stated "TBSS intake and stock injectors". What are the injectors stock to? A TBSS? Did you pull a TBSS file and swap over the injector data? "Stock injectors" is not a one size fits...

I think you're seeing noise on the WB input. A miss will almost always be reflected in the narrowband sensors.

You have the injector data sheet from DW? Need to post that. And what did the MAP sensor come out of, or do you have the linear and offset?

If you have to crack the throttle for it to start that means there's too much fuel.

The OE file I have says your adaptives are all modified.

As for the dip after the throttle blip, just add a bit to your BRAF. Your BRAF is 11.1 g/sec @ idle but you're idling between 11-12.8...

Stock intake definitely should not have split fuel trims. That means something is mechanically wrong.
