Under Electronic Throttle>Misc you'll find Shuffle Switch. Set that to disabled and no more Torque Source 13.

Where is the reference hose for the IMRC connected? On our 15 w/hellion twins it had to be run to the air filter itself.

Cant speak for HPT as I still havent pulled the trigger on it yet. Judging by wbt's screenshot, you need to change the Off Duty Cycle to .5. No other changes should be needed.
In SCT its under Returnless Fuel Pump. Set the Duty Cycle When Pump is Off to .5.
