I have an issue not the same but it opens and closes randomly even when driving at lower RPMs like 1500 to 2000. At times i wonder if some ground wire is loose.

Yes, but when in tour the valves open at much lower rpm or even idling or start up. I would be cruising in 7th gear around 1500 rpm and suddenly the open up and stay open regardless what. That?s why...

According to the eq err I am 1-2% off, so I guess pretty close.
What makes the tune change the SOI other than physically changing it in the tune? At times under wot 1 and 2nd mainly, the log shows the SOI at 363.5 when commanded is 352 to max 358.
