Actualy, my car was prototype for DeJon Dave's IC and piping kit for
HHR-SS. I think we just got the clamp a little off the end of TB. It is not
very deep and hose engagement is marginal.

No problem with tune at all. Turns out the IC hose to throttle body had
slipped off and was hard to see. P101 code defines a difference between
MAF reading and a calc value from MAP etc. Reseated...

Got a pop at end ot 2nd gear wot run with HHR SS and Westers hot tune.
Ran ok to get home but limp mode and no boost.

Got home, checked hoses and all ok. Read code and p0101 is MAF not
agreeing...

Good info and I can confirm I am getting clutch slip in 4th gear from a
2500 rpm roll on my 08 HHR SS with race Westers tune. Car has
monster torque- no dyno run yet.

Look at it this way, if you go to 15.5:1, you may be putting less fuel in, but you'll be making less power as well. So at 14.7:1 you might have to use 6% throttle at 65 MPH but at 15.5:1 you'll have...

I have HHR SS and dealer had to replace my battery also. It cranked the car but was slow at times. Failed the conductance test.

I bought the Westers tune for my 08 HHR SS. It should be done
shortly. He will be making it able to be loaded or unloaded with HPT
and I believe u will be able to edit it but it will be locked to...

Bill did say before that there would not be any more development in the new
release but I did not believe he said there would not be any future development, only that it was in the undefined future....

I sent my hpt file into support @hptuners and got a quick reply
with a new beta dated 2/29/08 that now works with my 2008
HHR SS. Where I could download the file before, I could not do
anything...
