so after further review this did not fix my problem
that wideband read ~1point higher than what was on the gauge, so really WOT was 11.3-11.5 then went up to 12.7. But I just got a new wideband gauge (other was my friends) and I found it was way...
Also I am NA
Yes inj are 65 lbs so I half ed them and did everything necessary for it to run on that, the commanded afr is that way Bc of the 65 lbs, and it's a speed density tune of coarse it isn't going to look...
I cannot figure out what is going on, ive checked fuel pressure, timing on the plug and disabled all traction control. Also if anyone has any tuning suggestions let me know and thanks in advance....
mk post tune, datalog and config plz for further help
is it surging? bucking? being retarded in anyway?
so the problem is that the "65lb" injectors flow rate vs kpa data goes from 58-69.6. now the max allowed in the program is 63.2, now I know how to modify it to work, cutting flow in half, doubling...
mine had the same problem, you can tune that out though or you can do some other funky shit like doubling stoich and halfing the Flow rate vs kpa, but doing the funky shit I haven't been able to tune...
these gained me 2mpg and some time over previous inj data,
http://www.deatschwerks.com/products/fuel-injectors/modern-muscle/chevrolet/corvette-z06/2006-12-corvette-z06/16u-00-0065-8-detail
they...
are they the smaller presicion flows?
I was oblivious when I got mine, but I was just looking for similar size injector data and found the deatchworks and tried it and it gained a couple mpg so I figured it was probably the closest I...
Told ya so :P.
hey I just found out why mine was jumping so much I had listened to a friend about using 2 breathers on mine instead of hooking the passenger side to the intake and so I tried that since the wideband...
post your tune, also are you tuning for MAF or VE?
Many upgrades, 248/256 .658 .658 114+3, 285cc heads, 4l80e, all in a tbss. just looking for suggestions for 1. power WOT, 2. Timing adjustments, 3. idling issue the rpms drop fast then catch and...
no you are correct, and are me rethinking my understanding for that, narrowbands do start at 450mV ish then go up until warm or maybe lower I haven't looked in a while since ive been running with...
I agree with him tho 3-4% isn't bad
it would be the opposite over heating a narrow/wideband would cause a lean condition
like when a wideband heats up it goes lean until normal working temp then comes back down once there I believe the o2 sensors do the same so if a o2 heater stays on (unsure if they always stay on or...
mine jumps about .02 lambda as well
yeah my config and such doesn't match yours then, post your config as well
1. look to see if the ecm/tcm can communicate with a 4l60e (idk)
2. connectors may look the same but probably not the same (inputs to the computers)
3. send me a email and I can send you a full...
another thing post your tune, your Fuel injector duty cycle shows almost 50% duty cycle tring to start so there seems to be a lot of stuff happening
sounds like there may be a lot of backpressure? or the map sensor is failed, unless your trying to start this thing in a pool im not sure why it would be a higher than atm pressure?
