i had problems lately with my scanner not picking up ltft it was because the config magically changed and quit reading i had to redo my main scan table to make it read again.

timing needs alot work and i would disable tm. adjust pe delay. im new too but im running same truck and this helped me alot

Adjust your force motor tables in Trans I just had exact same prob it would act like it was slipping in 3rd even when commanded I turned mine to 500 and fixed it
