You need to pull codes after it goes into limp mode. P101 is a code but will not cause limp mode. I don't think P1010 is a code

Weak terminal connection on the coil. not the plug wire.

It's not a good idea to copy over a bunch of things from a different tune file. Especially from a different type of PCM all together.

I'd address the heater codes. If the o2 isn't heating up properly there is a chance it might run the trims up or down before it actually warms up. This looks like the case here.

That code is a mechanical issue. or wiring. I can't see that being a tune problem.

Some of the early SD OS's keep the MAF from ever working even if you have it setup to do so.

I think you'll see CL fault if there is a MAF failure.. which might be related to the SD OS
