I did as Eric said and forced open loop via the TPS thresh vs RPM table
The car now follows the open loop fuel table, i then scaled the MAF to get the requested Lambda to that in the O/L...

I set the CL 02 sensor temp to 2257 Celsius yesterday whilst testing, not sure if this was the right way to force OL but the scanner reported it was in OL but would not go richer than...

Thats well down on power mate, id talk to them nicely and see if you can get it back on the dyno and rectify the isssue
