There is an easy way to get around this.
change the values in table (Flow rate Mult vs. Volts) the whole table is set at 1 change to the difference value between 100LB to 63LB
so 100/63=1.587 set...

Also for the New injector flow rate do I have to cut value half of the 80lb or 92.5lb ? because these injs are 80lb @43psi my fuel pressure is 58psi

NO you don't have the right injectors data. there is a post by someone here at the forum who converted ford injectors data to GM try to find it.
