Are you able to login the customer section with your device ID?
Make changes, load to pcm, re-read pcm and check if changes were made.
Best way to verify.
Did you send file to support as the prompt said?
If it's not supported (definition/Vin not added) you wont be able to tune it.
More vehicle info may help.
What does it say in Main Table (not gauges)?
Hpt should log as high as PCM puts out.
posting same time as Bill
And the F body Osid is different than the Sierra Osid according to your screen capture.
You posted you COULD
IIRC This is because you are trying to flash a Different OSID and Vin which wont work.
I don't believe it would even work with a "write entire"
Yes, if you have Beta installed, delete it.
Then download latest Public release and install
Then download latest Beta and install.
Yes
You need to update
I can verify that now.
I did have to remove the Beta and reinstall 2.24 then I was able to load the Beta with out overwritting.
Now have both Current and Beta releases working side by side.
Good...
Same result here.
I also even created a new user account (called beta) logged off current acount and intsalled Beta came back to current account and it was over written.
In the link Bill provided.
Your best best is to contact support to make sure you have what you need to get a read of your NGC1 SRT-4 and send it in with an InfoLog
Have you emailed support at hptuners.com?
You may get a better answer with that.
I would imagine if it was just the case of a simple calculation it would have been done already.
I suspect the info...
Personally I would start by deleting all old copies of dotnetframeworkss then download and install latest.
Then download latest HPtuners and install.
For now, open scanner (not log just scanner)
Close Status Bit window, then open log.
You can play log but do NOT open status bit window or you will crash.
That doesn't mean it's good.
I would check ckts with ohm meter from connector to Pcm
I would start by checking the connector and harness.
Some find it in other box with other papers etc.
Did you get a customer login (interface number and password? )
If not shoot an email to support at hptuners.com or the tuning school.
email support at hptuners.com
Have you clicked on connect?
Set all VTD Dtcs to "3 No Error Reported"
Thank Booster I appreciate it.
This engine PCM works on alpha N fueling and has no maf.
Do you have a wideband? If so what kind? Ill post a config for you to log with tomorrow when I'm at work and not on phone.
43357This is what I had started with for PE settings
but was changing around to see if I could get PE to stay
