i just took it out again this morning while it was cooler and everything is back to normal so it must've been the iat's. on an unrelated question should i smooth my ve table after ive got it all...

I scanned it and it was reading 1.28 volts so i filed the holes in the sensor and got the voltage down to .49v. adjusted my throttle blade and it idles perfect now thanks for your help.
