Stepped idle by mph for 4th 5th and 6th gear and DFCO turned off.
Still needs some work but it has drastically reduced my problem. I
still need to adjust a couple of the idle speeds

None yet I haven't had time to put much time into it. But it seems no matter where I set apply and or release it still happens. I have one or two more scenarios to try and then on to line psi

I'm starting to think its the release.. It seems to me that only people with circle d stalls have this issue.
