HP Tuners gives the same procedure. However I am not sure about the Ebrake signal. I do not have an Ebrake and I don't see where the ECM would receive an EBrake signal.

I tried this last night and it still did not work. I do have a p0315 permanent code showing but it is not activating the CEL. I did try a crank relearn and it did not change anything.
Hi all, I have still been unable to get this to work.
As lots of time has passed, any new developments on getting this to work?
Thanks!
The engine is a Gen IV 6.0 LY6 from a 2010 2500, The transmission is a 6l80 from a 2013 Camaro SS.
The ECM OS is 12653249, The Trans OS is 24261871
The Swap is in a 77 FJ40 land cruiser
I am not...
Congrats on getting it to work! Apparently I am the only one who cant get this to work.
So I checked the resistance values at the pin, I did not check the voltage or current. I am not really clear on how to verify that my wiring is functioning correctly. The voltage values of course...
My resistances are
Neutral (8.25k)
Down (1.27k)
Up (2.87k)
Your chart says neutrL should be 8.85k?
For the voltage test I am not understanding the use of the 1k resistor or how to...
Just for due diligence I want to check resistance again, can someone confirm what I should see at the trans connector pin?
Well I copied everything from the trans section over using the compare logs and it still isn’t working :/
This one is a land cruiser too! A custom stretched Fj40 made into a 4 door on 42 inch tires. So it may actually be appropriate for my needs. I just don’t want to hurt reliability of the trans.
The comparison file shows a LOT of differences, any guidance on what areas to focus on to copy over?
to clarify the Maf1_spark1_trans1 tune you posted has the same T43 OS 24261871 that I have in mine and you are saying this one worked fine?
Interesting, this tune uses the same T43 OS as I am running!
This is what I tried last night with no success, it just stays in normal shift mode. Thanks for the log! It is nice to see what I should be looking for to confirm that it is not working right.
...
I tried this suggestion last night and it did not work. I am not sure why I can’t get this to work. It never changes from normal shift mode.
What if a simple resistor circuit was made to go inline with the dbw pedal so that when it was pressed it simulated a certain throttle setting and when off it would be 0 resistance and the pedal...
Hi, I have an LY6 in a offroad buggy and want to be able to hit a button or some form of input and command a certain idle around 1500rpm to run the on board compressor for airing up tires or using...
I don?t believe I have tried this! I will gladly give this a try!
I still cant get this to work for the life of me. Attached is my tune. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have the RAD design shifter setup with resistor harness. I have tested the resistant...
How does one go about choosing the correct corvette file to load, and what is the best way to load this with the licensing and Vin issues that will come up?
I am currently working to get tap shift to work as well without the corvette file. I hope to have more info soon.
Hi, mine is still not working setup this way. Do I need to do a write entire? Mine is an LY6/6l80e programmed as a 2012 suburban.
Thanks!
When people say corvette tune is the key. Do you mean actually programming a corvette file? Or configuring it like a corvette tune. I have been warned of having mismatched tunes between the pcm and...
I know this is old but I am wondering how to get an LY6 with VVT to accept the TUTD. I have heard that you cant have VVT and TUTD but I have also heard that you can. Can anyone shed some light on...
I truly dont know why it wouldnt work but I do know that I have heard this rumor before and have so far been unable to make mine work but this is my first 6l80 tune so I have been blaming my...
