I think you have some room to move up a little in HP, and a little in TRQ but you are already very close to the limit with those bolt ons. I made 325 WHP and 383 WTRQ with similar mods. Yeah make...
Ok, trying to test the beta scanner. And I can't seem to figure out how to create a custom "user defined channel" It used to be easy to create a custom one using the PID numbers, but either its not...
This new scanner is really not ready even for testing. Nothing works. I cannot save tables. I cannot create custom sensors. I cannot clear CEL. Its much harder to figure out then the old version....
I added a bunch of channels as they are called now. Then I went to edit the chart, and I added Exhaust gas temp B1S1 I think. And it said the sensor is outside the normal range or something like...
Sounds good.
But I have been using my edge programmer to monitor a few sensors at a time and it seems to be working.
The problem nothing useful is currently supported in the beta scanner.
Ok, I tried to edit the excel timing calculator used on previous engines. But even in our LML tables the load numbers do not exactly match up so im kinda stumped how to make it work, I guess it can...
So just tune the offroad tune back to stock first. I had a edge programmer and I tuned mine back to stock before tuning. I was told you always want to do that otherwise the programmer is useless...
Did you edit the speed limited by any chance? I know on other new GM vehicles editing the speed limited disables cruise control.
It was very quick to read the stock file. I just did a write config. So im not sure if full write works.
No, but the stock 2 bar map sensors cannot read more than that. You need to get 3 bar sensors if you want to read higher boost levels.
Ok, so I started to work on tuning my 2013 silverado duramax today. I know there is no documentation related directly to the LML, so I was using this post as a reference...
Yes, I agree that was the plan. I have done lots of tuning with other turbo vehicles, but I know diesel engines are a whole other beast.
2.24 is the latest version shown in my user panel. I have already emailed support. So I will be able to write a custom tune right? When I get 2.25 updated
Yeah sent them the email last night. That is what I figured.
I tried to read entire and it was not able to unlock my ECM. Also I could not read the file Road posted.
So is the LML able to write the tune now? Any update on this if it's not yet capable?
do you have a stock tune file for the car?
Your the first person to say you think its the turbo every keeps scaring me and saying its a cracked block. I don't see any performance loss so i don't think its that. I don't see any white smoke or...
Im having an issue with coolant going low, it is either a head gasket leak or a turbo seal leak but no external leak, I followed the proper procedures for filling the coolant but it still goes down a...
I got my jeep to run a 13.9 1/4th mile on a 150 shot lol. Im sure i could tune my car for nitrous but, its kinda a hassle filling the bottle and then taking it out of the car if its too hot outside...
If I ever build my engine, im gonna get a 50 shot, just in case im gonna lose a race lol. The problem is where do you mount the bottle. I don't want any cops to see it.
Could i do this on a 96 corvette?
