No codes , vats are off , it runs perfect after u let it off for few hours , car starts and drives great but it only happens when u write a tune no matter what u do to the tune even if u just do...
2005 c6 , downloaded the 2.5 os to the ecu car ran fine after putting the car on the dyno and did some tweaking to the tune car starts for a sec then dies , seems like the vats are coming on ,...
if it sucks oil from the valve covers to the intake the car would smoke it and it would reach most of the cylinders not possible to get in one cyl only.missfires under a boost is mostly related with...
what's the sprak plugs gap ? it could be a spring issue.not a tune issue. any leak or gasket issue will be felt under regular driving conditions.either trims or map readings will show you that.and...
yes it would make a difference,i had a customer's car that did the same thing and was fixed by gapping it down a bit.
have you adjusted the spark plugs gap ? down to .030-.028
TT cars dont like more than this Gap.
the PCM will use the richest between the PE AND OL, so if the OL table is richer than PE the PCM will use it for WOT Fueling.
the computer commands what you tell it,but it doesn't know what is the acutal A/F.if your pressure is off, the car would lean out even if you command 11.if your pressure is fixed and fine all the...
you could have some fuel pressure issues, check your pressure first.
yes, when you choose the OS you see just a 2 bar option ,but after loading the OS the VE table should read up to 255KPA.
the OS on the 2005 corvette should be a 2.5 not a 2 BAR SD.
because you haven't set the right PID for the ETC thats why you dont see more than 83%.
why dont you just use a 2.5 MAP
try to richen the VE table a bit and see what happens.some cars would be lean and need more fuel
yes it controls the fuel and raising the #'s will richen the motor, but the LTFT,STFT come in to control fueling in closed loop.
you don't have to put the MAF's screen back
if it's off just keep it as it is and you are good to go.:D
well most cars i have tuned with blowers or turbos i removed the screen, if your A/F is fixed and fine dont worry about it and from your log i dont see any problems at all.you just need to tweak your...
from the pic it's still has the intank fuel pressure regulator which wont let any more than 60 psi of fuel pressure.
good work guys.
Do they still have the intak fuel pressure regulator ? and how does the PCM calculate the fuel flow is there a special sensor or from the injectors PW ?
with the key on engine off try to hit WOT does it do it ? if it does you could have something wrong with the tps or the throttle plate touches something
i had a car with the same problem throttle...
not matter what the comannded A/F is or how much i increase the VE values A/F wont change from 5800-6500 it leans out to 13.maybe something wrong with the engine it is using a lot of fuel to make 580...
any one
2000 firebird with an F1C procharger 20 PSI and forged 347. car has 60# INJ and twin 255 intank pumps . at 5800-6500 RPM the car leans out to 12.5-13 although the fuel pressure stays steady at 70...
