  1. Re: Injector offset tuning. Can one of the three

I have wondered about this data here and how to extrapolate it to match what is in HP Tuners and also how accurate it is. The original Formatted Link is here:...

    Re: Scanner abilities...

It typically takes 27 seconds to flash the VCM for a 99 model Z-28. The other models may have different size calibration files or the baud rate is set very low in the windows control panel for it to...
  3. Question to Keith or Chris, Flash New ECM code?

I have been wondering since we are now getting the Pro edition of the software (since we can re-write the OS) is it possible to re-flash a 99-00 VCM to a 2002 model to gain the resolution that the...

Re: Help guys...I think I just blew up my engine

I am just checking to see if you have adjusted any of your misfire tables. If so you might want to set them back to stock if you haven't already.

Re: Help guys...I think I just blew up my engine

I would first pull the plugs to see if their is any visible damage and ensure that your wires are snapped back on good.
I would then check the misfire counters to see if you can locate the bad...

Re: Which Wide Band to buy?

Peter @ TechEdge is like HP Tuners as far as Tech Support is concerned. He is either devleloping/testing or answering emails. He does generally answer questions within at most a day unless he is...
  9. Re: Trying to figure this out (VE table difference

It "might" be possible for them to be that different but most likely they use a different formula to derive @ the VE values listed in the VE table. I would check with Keith or Ken as they know the...

    Re: Autotap= LOG...    HPtuner = LOG + S

With HP Tuners you will be able to view the info as well in real-time just like Autotap. You will also be able to Log the data to be reviewed later in excel or within the VCMScanner software.

    So,...

What is really sad is to see what is changed with the "Power" tunes from the Hypertech's that they sell for several hundred dollars. It is funny to see people on forums who do not understand this and...

Re: Which Wide Band to buy?

I think you would have been better off with a LM-1 for your application since it is more suited for push button/stand alone style logging. I use a TechEdge setup as well but it is their 2B0 which...

    Re: VE Table Differences?

I believe GM did away with the secondary VE Table in the later years of the F-Bodies (01 or 02)? Now they use the primary table as that is all there is for both (Speed Density or MAF mode)

    Re: VE Table Differences?

The Secondary is used as a fallback when your VCM is in Speed Density mode. The Primary is what you use to tune when you have a normal MAF setup.
