its a efi connections 24x harness... i looked at it a little bit closer and the plug going into the sensor isnt as kosher as i would like... but none the less i have a spare sensor and going to ohm...

If i hold the throttle open 1/4 ways, it starts, but seems like it has a miss.. or is over fueling??
Also logged it and its not reading the tps sensor, so i need to check that...
