Attached is the log/tune/layout (using HPTuners 3.0). All g/cyl in the tune has been halved because E40 ECU cannot do > 60lb injectors. The car runs great minus this question...

I notice on all E40 PCM tunes I pull up, all their Initial Level for Knock Sensor's is 400. All PCMs after that are 120. This is the correct value right? I assume the location of the knock sensor...
My cars cam sensor is dead. It just makes the car fire on exhaust and intake till it sees a change in RPM. I noticed yours isn't cutting the injectors when you press the pedal down, but mine does.....
turns out cylinder #1's spark plug wire wasn't not connected to the plug. once I put found that, both banks read the same!

Try making your Cold Engine cut off all high too. I notice when its really cold it's set to 4k. If your computer isn't reading the ECT right, it'll register at -40

Fixed it. My J2 connector doesn't latch tight enough causing some sensors to be perfect and others not to be connected!
Nope. Had to pay a guy $200 to come out.. he was supposed to flash O/S and throttle info.. I don't know if those are in the same flash but he only did one.
