Looks like it was a combination of burst knock and a conservative timing curve.
I've been playing with the timing table with RTT a lot lately and this car is really waking up in the lower RPM's.

What does PE delay mean? Is that 60 seconds of PE use? Or 60 seconds from startup? Or what?
Here's a new drive log and an adjusted tune. I took all the burst knock out and changed the delta cylinder air to 1.00 g/cyl, I figured this would be enough.

I ran my wideband on both banks and It seems that Bank 2 is reading appropriately and Bank 1 is reading significantly richer, which is exactly what my graph is...
So according to my log, bank 1 is actually the super rich and bank 2 is really lean?
So reading the graphs, Higher mV means more lean, and Lower mV means more rich?
If so, with the exhaust leak, it should show up much more lean, rather than drastically rich?
