I verified 100% that Hptuners software was to blame, Bill can confirm this.
(Not working on the previous versions of software, working on the latest beta version...

I bought an Hptuner, It didn't work with my car.
(Should have been supported, It is an Impala with an LFX and an E39 PCM)
I Contacted Hptuners, they replaced my Hptuner, but the new one still...

I am curious to hear the answer to this, because my mail order tune seems to be the same.
Only had the tune for a day, but it was around -15 when I did my first test drive while scanning.
