Here is the tune file and a log showing the throttle position and resulting RPM. It seems the RPM starts to increase when the throttle position hits about 3%
Update with a bit more info:
ECU is an E38
The behavior remains the same regardless of VE only Mode, MAF only mode and VE + MAF mode

I have the same issue. It is more prevalent when cruising at a steady RPM and then pressing the cluch in and allowing the RPM's to drop. It stalls 80% of the time.
