It was the map sensor, don't know why it would go bad like that but the other sensor fixed it.

I'll swap the map this afternoon and let you guys know what happens.
I'm in Utah, about 4400'.

I live in high elevation so the key off reading is normal. I'm going to swap a spare map sensor on and see if it still does it. Map sensor settings were never changed, but I did double check that.
