your PE delay rpm set to 5500 rpm . so your pcm commands stoich ( 14.6 afr ) up to 5500 rpm

set it to lower number to hit PE mod ... like 3k or lower

maybe you are not hitting PE mode. some 2006 turcks have to 0 out pe enable same the att. pic.
your timing tables are high for 55cc and flat top piston with pump gas .

i had the same befor...
back to stock tune and flash it again for 2 fans setting .

Hi.. I have P106 code after upgrade from 00 to 02 OS.
I have no code before I upgrade, so do I have to check the map wires or tweak the tables of the map sensor in the att pic.

If you removed yor cat's put the DTC to #3 no error report, If not try...

It is not plug and play. tray the att. files then you need the fuel segment .
