The tuner fixed the problem. There was an issue with the VE
I have a thread already addressing the issues with the 411 pcm and the afr lean/ rich swing and p0101 issue.
Thinking if I switch to the p59 I could at least rule out a faulty pcm?
This is a 2002...
Possibly having problems with my 411 pcm and a weird dtc. Would like to try my p59 pcm and see if problem goes away. Does anyone have a base tune I can use?

stock fuel...
Ok tried the new tune above but still getting the afr swing. The p0101 code keeps coming back
P0122 is a faulty code. I forgot to plug the idle air speed back in before starting the truck.
I will give it a try and see what happens. Thanks
Got the fuel pressure sensor and gauge installed today. Can log fuel pressure now. Still having same problem.
Need to troubleshoot p0101 code and check wires tomorrow
Put the rear 02 sensor back in and drove around. Still having the same issue with it going lean/ rich. Still getting code p0101
Yes the Cats and rear 02 sensors were removed. How do I shut off the catalyst test?
The tuner fixed the problem in the VE
Having a weird issue with my project and currently trying to figure a solution. At highway speeds it will go lean for a second 18.1afr then go back to 14.6....
