Go to the torque management section under engine. then click etc torque reduction vs rpm and zero out the TCS. and go to clip torque and do the same. thats about it

and to get your maf right, if you command 12.5 and get 12.0, divide 12.0 by 12.5. it equals .96. now multiply that by where ya need on the maf vs. voltage table.
