So, I have asked this question before a long time ago and basically didn't get a good answer on how to dial it in. Russ K did post "The best open loop table is the stock 2004 truck 5.3." So I put...
Why is the spark constantly at 20 degrees. That makes me think the idle adaptive spark control is not working but as far as i know the only way to disable that is with the vehicle controls in the...
Thanks guys for the reply.
Basically what schpenxel said makes sense and he made it simple. This clears things up. Thanks again.
Maybe this is a stupid question but I cannot seem to find an answer anywhere. Maybe one of you guys can answer this for me. I'm still a little confused on how to get the correct EQ Ratio when the...
That's a good question.
If it was me, I wouldn't try to worry about it right now and just get your wide band connected and tune it right. I would think if you change the MAF Fail Frequency, it...
There is a lot to ready, of course. But, the only way to learn is read or find a business that does training. Where exactly are you located?
What i am seeing in the tune you posted is that your LTFT are disabled and that you are always using filtered MAF readings. Do you have any scans as to where it is sluggish?
But, I do agree with...
Where are you located?
Something else you may try is to reduce the PE Thottle/Pedal Hot and Cold. Right now the table is set to 90 across the board. What if you set it to 45-55. This will activate the PE quicker to reduce...
Take a look at the at your lambda reading (in mobile_nitrous_run1) when you go to wide open throttle and you hit 3100 rpm, you are very lean. Your commanding 12.34 AFR and your wide band is reading...
At what RPM do you have the nitrous coming on? I am guessing this is on a window switch? What size is the shot?
Email sent.
Hey, post your stock tune, I would like to do a compare and see what all has changed.
PM me your email and I will give it a shot to try and get you going. Also, where are you located?
Unless you are running boost, you shouldn't see anywhere over atmospheric pressure. The pressure changes depending on the altitude. Atmospheric pressure at sea level is 101.325 kPa. Now please keep...
Check your O2 Rich/Lean vs. Airflow settings. They have been changed to something different than stock. Once you check and change, do another log and see if that corrects the problem.
What injectors are you running on this setup?
Post the tune. By looking at the O2 sensors voltage, you are dumping tons of fuel.
Are the injectors 42# at 4 bar?
Is this an automatic car?
Where are you located?
Who did the tuning on this? Post up your stock tune or PM me your email address and I will try to help you out....
We really need to see some scans. HP tuner has a great scanner and without seeing what the car is doing, it is hard for someone to help you.
When I opened your file you posted in the first thread, it is named 99 z28 kb tune. When I go to Calibration Details, it is saying that this file is from a 98 firebird/camaro. Something isnt right...
Post your tune.
Go to Spark/Advance/IAT Spark-open the base table, this is what you are pulling for inlet air temps.
Posted this in the incorrect place. It is now posted correct location.
Hi,
I know how to configure the output but as far as setting the trigger and disable trigger, this is where I have questions.
Say I wanted to use an and logic, I wanted to activate my nitrous...
