Trying to turn this thing over 7k. Wondering if there is an issue with the OS. Hits 7k, makes a loud POW, then has no com or ECT response until the rpm just falls to zero.

Try to push in a factory file with a Tech II or MDI.

Post a log, just like you said.... make a good 3rd gear pull.

Edit: after a VERY brief look at the tune, I will say it needs work.

Does not matter..... A6 will not shift to 6th gear under WOT. Only way to go faster is with a taller tire or higher rev limit or change the ring/pinion.

And after looking at the trans table I will say that I bet it is hitting the rev limiter in 5th gear.

It does the same thing when I get the tq calculation below the expected tq.
