Yeah should be the settings to throw the tcc slip DTC... Letting your tcc slip 4900 rpm the clutch will be pretty toasted by the time it throws the code, though i've seen it 5000 on some stock...

You're just mixed up a little.
When you say 14 part air, 4 fuel, it's actually 14.4:1 AFR.
14.4 air to 1 fuel, more air the leaner, the less air richer, when comparing to 14.7
U1000 is just what it says, commo failure, meaning the PCM may not be getting all the info that another control module maybe sending... A few things, can cause it. Grounds, sensors, etc. Sometimes...
