2011 Cruze LT Automatic trans, Ported intake manifold, K&N Typhoon intake, Snow Performance Stage...
So far no signs of any issues - I have raised the automatic trans torque limiters in 1st gear and can easily smoke the tires and am pulling 2.2 second 60 ft times at the track.:D
Au contraire mon frère! Chris has kindly provided us with all the necessary calibration parameters to boost this little motor into the stratosphere. I just ran a 15.1 second 1/4 mile at 90mph...
It is difficult to measure the difference since there are many variables including driving styles, but with the ported manifold it may have a 1-2 mpg hit at highway cruising. Currently in 40F weather...
I have been tuning these for the last 1.5 years and 175whp is realistic or 200hp / 220lb-ft at the crank. I am currently running 23 pounds measured at the intake manifold (around 25psi boost from...
If anyone needs custom tuning for parameters not currently available in the editor like fuel pressure increase, speed limiter delete, raised boost limits,(etc, etc) for the alloytech motors I can...
:yay::yay::yay::yay::yay::yay:
Have a great 4th Chris, you certainly made mine!
Cheers,
Brian
Chris, you are THE MAN!!:worship:
Any chance this will translate over to the Bosch ME9 E55 pcms also? (2.8T HFV6 Turbo)
Cheers,
Brian
I must have had a brain cramp then and thought I was deleting my request for boost pressure, which we have.:p
I really still need the fuel pressure sensor.
Maybe you are thinking of boost pressure. There is not a sensor for fuel pressure that I can find, but I am using the latest beta.
Bill,
I would like to see a sensor for Fuel Pressure added. I am currently able to log this with my MSD Dashhawk, but not HP Tuners:confused:
Along with this, I would like to add control over...
How about the E55 and E70 pcms (Saab 2.8T). Can we take a look at the new beta as well?
Thanks,
Brian
Bill, has anyone sent you the infolog you requested? I tried to do a read on a 2007 2.0T Saab but was not succesful. I got an "invalid security code" error and could not perform the read.
Cheers,...
Yes, yesterday. Just curious, which version of the alloytec are you logging and providing the .hpt file for? I am sending the 2.8T (184kW) files from a 2007 Saab Aero.
VTuner
Bill,
I just PM'd you two .hpt files for your reviewing pleasure.
Thanks
The wideband, intake cam angle, and intake pressure are all present in the latest betas, the post where I requested these features is pretty old.
Already done.
OK, it takes nerves of steel to hit 155mph on the snow covered roads of Vermont, but I am willing to go to any length for you guys.:usa:
Bill, I just sent you the scanner log you requested.
...
Thanks for all the support so far, you guys are great!
A few VCM Editor requests that would be most helpful:
Boost Control (Desired Boost): As I indicated previously, this may be controlled by...
Overlap calculations require lift and duration of both intake and exhaust cams. Greg Banish can be found on this forum and his books are a great resource. For now, try this link and downloads:

You have the correct concept, just don't get confused by advance or retard terminology. Larger negative means opening sooner, which is commonly referred to as advancing the cam. Larger positive...
M6 2.8T V6 Combi (Wagon) 1/4 mile time stock is around 14.8 seconds at 97 mph. With a little help from HP Tuners you can easily hit 14.0 at 102.5 mph.

Bump for any update.
Bill,
FYI-
I have an update on the overboost problem one of my customers was having. I had him log some data under 2.23beta so I could see the Boost DC%, desired boost, and absolute load (boost...
