OK ... you have the Vehicle Speed Output Source configured properly - which is confirmed by the Speedometer functioning correctly.
I'm guessing the issues you are experiencing are with the VSS...

Is your Vehicle Speed Output Source set to Disabled, REPTOS, or Serial ?
