I need some help in trying to figure out what is going on with my 2000 Grand Am GT. I replaced the transmission with a low mileage transmission from a 2004, however at the time I did not realize...
I keep mine in a Pelican 1150 case
Is your car an automatic or manual?
I believe I have .bin files for both a 97 auto and 97 manual that I can run through Tiny Tuner and get the 2bar MAP to work correctly using the L67 values.
You may try lowering PE enable to come in sooner.

I have read several places to zero out the PE delay....
Maybe someone with more experience can chime in, however I am curious if zeroing out the PE delay and adjusting the PE enable tables would help with the KR in the 3400 engines?
Have you looked into the MAP sensor from a supercharged Cobalt?
The next concern would be if there are tables in the PCM to re-scale the MAP values.
For example: Default Max MAP

Is there a way to change the way the signal is read in the VCM so a converter isn't needed? I know there is a table listed in Tiny Tuner for V6 guys labeled Crank Sensor Resolution, but I am not...
I just finished my new bench harness and thought I would post some pics. I have about $15 in the box, switch and DC power input connector.
I drilled holes in the box for the switch and DC power...

If you could post your file
Bill, I appreciate your willingness to help with the V6 market as I know HPT has a lot on it's plate.... "when is 2.24 going to be done", ect. I will be the first to say that HPT is a great product...
My bad, the file is a 97 .bin OSID: 9355440
I was in a hurry when I posted that on my lunch hour.
Sadly, it doesn't look like it will open with .hpt, but it will open in Tiny Tuner.
I am...
.bin for a 97 lumina attached
Yeah or the 725 tables that are available in the 2002 Grand Am file.
You wouldn't think it would be all that hard as it is already mapped out in the open source tiny tuny database..... but then...
Let me know how this works for you as I might be interested in trying it once I have my boosted project finished. I have attached a copy of a 98 GTP .bin file for your review in tiny tuner.
Set your injector flow rate vs kpa vac to 26.37 across the board.
This has worked well for myself and may others.
To start out, my car is a 2001 Grand Am with 3.5L heads and LIM, non ported 3500 Upper, bored 59mm throttle body, 28lb trailblazer injectors and a borla exhaust. I have owned the car for over 5 years...
