you need to tune your VE table. So you have the vehicle set up for SD. This means no input from the MAF will tell the computer to add or subtract fuel. Right now you are running on the VE table...

you can rent a fuel pressure tester kit from autoozne and oraylies and return it for free.
The ECm/computer from whatever vehicle it came from is tuned for that specific vehicle.

was able to let it idle and two WOT runs up to 60 mph.

before i try yours, i pulled 30% of VEE and VT down low at idle.
I also multiplied by 50% half the fuel trims i had logged in the VEE.
