Pretty sure the CTS-V has discrete fans, not PWM like your Vette had. So the fans can't be on a specified percentage, they're either ON or OFF.

I was only locking mine in 5th and 6th, and even then only under 25% throttle. It's also set to unlock pretty quickly.

You'd better be able to lock a triple, otherwise why have it?
Check with Dave from Yank, but I'm almost positive he's going to tell you NOT to lock that single disc SS 'verter.
There's no way I could have locked mine in in 2011SS that made 430ish to the tires....

I didn't think it was possible? I thought the point of the timing pull was to allow the clutches to disengage and re-engage in order to complete the shift.

I only pull out 20% TM at part throttle and my car doesn't do anything like that at all.
I'm saying it's your shift times and pressures. That shift lasted damn near 3/4 of a second.
Somewhere during the 2010 model year they got rid of them. Simplified things.
I don't think the config I sent you had stft on it? Did you add it?
But he said KR, not negative iat advance....which is what the scanner will pick up with high iat2's
I'm an auto, but mine wasn't seeing any KR when it was stock.
Are you getting any KR at part throttle?
Try correcting the safety shift tables for the 3.91 gear.

This might not be a "bug" but I sincerely doubt that the Y axis here is remotely close to being correct....
Gonna have to try this....just started noticing the same thing on mine.

What are the units on the Y axis on the TCC apply pressure table? Even though I have the software set to use imperial untis, I thought it was pulling in the metric units for...
