Scanning standard OBD2 data should be possible. But why do you ask? Just try it...
The one on the website looks really big but there are also smaller cases. I think it's worth to look at if you plan big mods to your engine. Because even if HPT supports JTEC someday, the ECM itself...
Megasquirt http://www.ms3efi.com/
It can be installed in parellel to a JTEC ECM.
I would be VERY surprised if it would ever come out...
Fortunately there are alternatives like MS2/MS3. Sure its not as comfortable to use as HPT because of the wiring but as soon as it is...
Yes it looks like nobody cares (anymore)... unfortunately...
No, it's NGC.
Well, they aren't using JTEC controllers (which is the topic of this thread)...
But yes, our Jeeps need to be supported! ;)
Please try to support Dodge and Jeep Trucks!! It's a big community which needs a good tuning solution.
Good to hear. And he is by far not the only one... :D
But i suppose there's no ETA, right?
Hi
I'm wondering if JTEC will be supported at some time in the (near) future or if it got "to old" by now?

He didn't tell which year. So this sentence is still true... :D
After all the years we are waiting. I don't think this is going to happen. And if it really does, 90% of the people don't care...
(([Int.dur] + [Ex.dur]) - [lsa]) = overlap
means:
((206 + 212) / 4) - 112) = -7.5
It's not a bad choice in terms of low end torque. The 212/218 115lsa has the same overlap so Idle and...
The overlap should be at -7.5°. That's why it idles so mooth...
206/212 is quite small for a 346. I had a 210/210 (113 lsa) in my 3.8L and idle was almost like stock.

Is there an earlier version of the beta I can use?
I would say slow is better that nothing. But it really seems to be disabled. I just tried to scan a '97 Grand Cherokee, a '03 Skoda Fabia and a '01 Hyundai Santa Fe. All are using ISO 9141. It didn't...
Just got an Email. ISO is not supported and there is no ETA for ISO support.
And almost every car I need to log uses ISO... :banghead:
Oh, cool!
I just wrote an email to support.
Thanks!!

Hello Guys
is the ISO Protocol now supported by the current beta?
If not, when will this feature be available?

Is your battery fully charged?
Sounds like a (allmost) dead battery to me.
I know that. But it doesn't work. Next week I will try to take some scans.
No Ideas...?
Doesn't work...
A small window appears for a split second (to quick to read something). After a couple of seconds, it tells me that the ECM couldn't be found. One time it could connect but it wasn't...
Is the ISO protocol supported in the latest beta?
Hi
I've got a small problem tuning the tranny of my buddys '98 Tahoe.
I tried to set the WOT Upshift RPM to 4500rpm but it allways shifts at around 5000rpm, which is the stock value I think. I...
I'm not 100% sure what you are searching for. But if you can't find an appropriate parameter in HPT you could try Tiny Tuner. It's an alternative editor for BIN Files and supports more parameters...
