Has there been a release for the above transmission on NGC3? Thanks
We had a similar issue, we had to change the crank sensor setting with HPT and it started right up.
Have the HPT gods given us Torque converter control on the NGC3 non-can Rams?
As stated above. Cold start, everything is fine in park. Warm-up has normal enrichement up to the closed loop point 100 degrees. If the vehicle is put in gear or neutral, the wideband goes full lean...
After reloading the file a second time, all is good.
Thank you
LQ9 in a mud bogger, engine starts and idles fine. Fast idle when cold and slowly idles down as ect comes up. This is a cable throttle setup. I have gone into the file and put a 0 in the ETC block in...
Do the CNG vehicles have a different pcm, or protocol? If not does anyone have a stock 2015 2500 5.7 4x4 file?
Not a lot available for 04, I have one. Hptuners doesn’t have a lot of love for the non can ngc3. You can’t firm shifts or change torque converter settings. Just shift points

Diesel?
I wonder if flashing it to a standard 2500 5.7 would work?
no issue disabling the check engine codes, but how do I make the low (cng) fuel light not illuminate and also how do I get the engine to not try to use cng if the gauge is 'tricked'?
Thanks,
Rich...
Thank you, I will give the above a try.

Added quite a bit of timing and she came to life
what i mean is i dont have the wideband in the scanner yet. can anyone help with idle?
i don't have the wideband hooked up. Truck runs great mid range and top end. idle afr is 14.5. what do i need to do to bring this 350 to life on the bottom end?
Rich

thank you for the quick reply. I am kinda lost.
As stated above, not getting fuel trims on 411 pcm with the 01 express van tune in a 97 silerado. please help me out.

'04 Ram 5.7L 545-RFE torque converter control please.
So no response to the ngc3 questions?
When will we get Kr and TCC on the ram ngc3?
So 2004 Ram 5.7. I put it in open loop and when I put the transmission into drive or reverse, the scanner shows it to appear to be in closed loop. The scanner still shows OL, but the O2 sensor...
Well, emailed them, that didn't work. They don't have much intention of supporting TCC
You can tune the transmission shift points, you cannot tune the TCC (torque converter). I believe the '06 is like my '04 and Bill said that it would be quite awhile if we ever get it.
EDIT: after...
ok, Thanks
