They must have fixed the scanner for FG, but last time I tried for MAP i got wrong data (BF) I use SCT for logging knock sensors the PID is (SPK_ADD_AVG_ALL) the others dont work correctly.
HP Tuners dont have the DMR's specified for Knock Retard, but Eric informs us that a big scanner update isn't too far away, you will probably find the MAP doesnt work either, you get some real funky...

From what I understand the overboost thresh uses the desired boost table even in open loop boost control. So if you -16.3kpa in the overboost thresh it means the boost cut would occur 16.3kpa above...
Do you need to chance any of the other values ie proportional gain etc, I think most of those are used for closed loop anyway apart from the overboost thresh?
