I guess I phrased that wrong. So if I with TDA have 3 tunes. Stock, 93/Pump Gas, E85 and I use the app to flash it back to stock am I still able to use the MPVI3 with a laptop to flash my own tunes...

Next question. If I use TDN will I still be able to flash back to stock and us the MPVI3 to edit my own files or once I set TDN is it locked.

Is the TDN iphone app only for tuners? Like can I create my own tunes and push to the app to be able to write different tunes with the app and not needing a laptop?
