Can you explane to me what injector constant is doing? I know it adds or takes fuel. How does it effect injection timing?

I used to use the MALT table a lot before I figured out how to adjust the OS table and the DAL's. It was a great tool when I hadn't figured out how to get the boost I wanted and my DAL's were way too...
