well since you are in open loop you have 3 choices since the w/b says you are lean! open current tune under engine tab/idle tab/airflow tab/idle airflow tab take some air away ie lower numbers!!! or...
can you tell me what mod have been done to this motor
are you trying to run this in speed density open loop ..or with mass air flow ..i ask because it is setup to go in closed loop but the maf hz set to zero in the tune but enabled in the dtc hth
map is wired wrong OR you have the wrong map sensor .fix this and should try to idle
in this tune you posted /engine diag tab /airflow tab /maf hertz needs to be set to 0 for fail the maf... another piece of advice this tune is way off for ANY KIND OF BOOST . use at your on risk hth
fix the ve table and it will idle ...and next time if want more help post some scanner logs of what car is doing while running .you might get more help... hth
upgrade your whole fuel system fuel pump/ injector 42lbph minimum ...injector duty cycle is over 85% on both logs one log at 4500 rpm and the other at 4000 or you will be replacing that 6.0 soon hth

try this .under boost enrichment turn it up to like 105 kpa .i say this because you are idling around this 90 kpa so i think it is throwing in extra fuel at this mark ..you might also wanna check...
turn on fuel trim in dtc ie right now both of u set at no error reported .hth

take a good hard look at torque managment/general/fast torque exit /fuel and spark still enabled .. i do not know what these do but sounds awful close to what your describing .. according to the note...

well i like what i am seeing switching really good on the o2 turn up the eq ratio from 1.18 to 1.21this just like a little saftey factor. and smooth the ve out as best you can with out big changes in...
