I would like the limit the MPH Lower to engage PE only after reaching a certain MPH, say like 10-15 MPH.
How about adding a PE vs MPH enable table if you could. It would really help to have a MPH limit as to where the PE can and cannot be enabled. I think this would be the final table needed for PE. ...

DTC Processing Enablers need to be added. Also, an O2 switch point would be great for MPG tuning.
There are no O2 switch points for the 02/03 envoys and trailblazers. That is quite a big jump in MPG. I think it has more to do with MPH driven and light on the throttle. Just my 2 cents
Make sure your 42lb injectors are rated that way at 48psi. Injector size is based on a given fuel pressure so altering the fuel pressure would change the injector rating.
