Thank you everyone for your help.
I put in an order for these, now I wait to see.
I just went back to the link and downloaded it again, and when I open it in HPTuners it is still set at 21 - 22.
$55 for 8, and they actually work? Most sets of 6 I've seen are over $300
Well, I still don't know why the stock injectors were maxing out on a stock engine, but I did finally find out why it was even worse with the 40# injectors. I sent the numbers off to Witch Hunter and...
Yes, fuel pressure is set to ~50 and rising with boost. I also recently upgraded to a 340 LPH pump to make sure it had all the fuel it wanted.
L32 is supercharged. Series 3 with Series 5 blower.
Now I'm really confused....lol.
If that tune is setup for around 48# injectors with the flow rate set for;
...
Newbie question, I thought he said he was running 48# injectors but your tune looks like it's setup for somewhere around a 22# injector?
Newbie question, couldn't that cause not enough fuel under boost?
Here it is.
have a 1988 Fiero GT with a swapped stock L32. I noticed that my injector duty cycle under WOT was getting up to 99% and I couldn't find any info, or get any answers to why a stock engine would be...
As a last ditch effort, I bought another 12615136 and made sure it was an ACDelco. I installed it and put the Linear and offset back to 200 and 7.99. Now it seems to be staying in spec at both ends...
Well, I guess that won't work. The lowest setting HP Tuners will allow on Offset is 0.
It's 30.2 inches Hg
Okay, this is what I came up with.
@0 psi 1.58v
@4 psi 1.78v
@5 psi 1.84v
@8 psi 1.99v
Linear is set at 200 kpa.
I'm taking it from HP Tuners scanner as I'm performing the test.
I did a little testing, and this is what I found (this is with the MAP sensor offset set at 38.5):
MAP reference voltage: 4.98v
Key on Engine off: 1.59v @ 14.8 psi/BARO 14.9 psi
...
Part #12580698
I was playing around with it this afternoon. To achieve 14.8 key on engine off I have to bump the pressure at 0 volts from 7.99 all the way up to 38.45.
WOW, they actually added it in!
Now to figure out what to change it to.....lol
Thank you very much.
I got a response from HP Tuners saying, "Well we would need Table ID information and then I can send it to engineering to see if it exists in the code for your operating system so it can be added." ...
That's the big problem, no one including GM seem to know which one is correct. The one GM told me was correct I ordered, but received one that was the same part number I originally tried. All the...
