You'll want to set the DTC's (engine diagnostics, DTC) to 0 - MIL on first error for P0101 MAF Sensor Performance, P0102, and P0103 too...

if you hold in the traction control button (under the hvac controls) for 5 seconds it will shut off both traction control and stabillitrack.
