Can anyone please help and take a look at my tune, what am I missing?
I did the VE and speed density portions, after I put everything back together the "off-the-line" feeling is severely lacking....
So I finally had some time to devote to the car. I worked on the VE tuning some more and put everything back together. So far this is what I have come up with. I have logging for a few days now and...
I haven't had any time to touch the car for the past two weekends... I should have some time to devote this weekend and get a little further on the tuning. Well I'm hoping anyways haha. Thanks for...
This is exactly what I was thinking as I've been going through but I'm not very experienced.
Can anyone tell me the major differences in tuning for boosted vs bolt on big power adders like a Cam or nitrous? There is a local tuner that all of the corvette guys go to but he has stated that he...
I posted a too soon, I figured why I wasn't seeing what I was expecting just after I posted my log.
I think I got it, I reflashed and it definitely failed the MAF but didn't want to stay running. I think I know how to fix this issue though.
is this logging correctly? I see STFT still kicking in and I disabled fuel trims.
To log for VE do I use STFT or AFR as my PID? I have a wideband I used for dialing my MAF in but do I use it for VE also?
Roger that, thank you.
It's there anything to do after the Ve tuning?
So now on to the VE?
She feels real strong I was skeptical about 14* on timing but to my surprise it did great. I thought for sure when I put the timing table in it was going to knock, actually it did just not where I...
I think this is about as good as I can get it
This incorporates mentioned changes as well as post #53
The logs only incorporated post #52
Here are some logs I took today... I couldn't get over 9900 hz, I don't know if I should make any adjustments based on these logs or not.
edit: These were made without your suggested adjustments.
I finally got my AFX and started over this round seemed to work a lot better. "1" was a rather steady state run, first gear. "2" was attempts at steady state but more regular driving. "3" was...
Thanks Ed. I just purchased an AFX from NGK since even Greg said it is a great Wideband and AEM being the bottom of the barrel. As I got to where I thought was fairly dialed in the AFR% was more...
I forewarned you that it may be a stupid question... my appologies. I did a lot of reading last night and didn't realize what exactly is happening like specifically what sensors are doing what in...
now this may be a stupid question but was a supposed to put the narrowband back into do this? Last night I was doing this with one narrowband and one wideband and was getting rather chaotic numbers...
I took my girlfriend to help me out and well.... no I wasn't able to save the logs. The highest I got for steady state was in the upper 9000's. I wasn't able to get any higher than that steadily.
This is the best I could for the MAF most cells were +/- 2 or less. Two cells were at -4 I tried a few more times but then it started messing with other cells real weird. I am thinking it was because...
I think this covers the changes you said to make.
I don't see the filter you stated, did it not save or am I not looking in the right place?
here is the next one with 300* set in the areas you said but it still has a PE of 1.22
I just now set those to 300* this is the tune that created those logs. I am going to run for another log.
