You can change the VIN. Go to the top menu bar and go to "Flash", at the bottom of the drop-down menu you will see the option for "Change VIN".
And changing your injectors without having the proper settings in your calibration will have a HUGE affect on your fuel economy.
Your DFCO is doing what it's designed to do (Decel Fuel Cutoff) it's suppose to go lean. Although it does appear to be closer to the stock settings which doesn't amount to much of anything for DFCO....
