I got it resolved. One set of credits after all now. Had to order a tcm from a yard just to be able to read and write it. Oh well. Here's the stock engine file in case anyone is after it too. Hate it...
144528 I got you.
Got a vehicle here with all the Petty Tuning badges, signed dash, even the operating system of the tcm says petty in it, looks like a magnusen or edlebrock blower on it at a glance. Runs like...
just install the neon 2.25 bar map sensor, disable the "no 5v to map sensor" code and give the engine what it wants. map reading wont be correct ever but you will be able to complete the entire tune....
that message is p1731. customer put 24's on the car and never updated the tire size in the car. ran for a few months and transmission welded itself internally. magnet inside was covered in material...
honestly wouldn't bother with ve unless you put a cam in the hellcat. then its pretty much in my experience required. neural network makes it such a breeze to tune. it prevents stalling and a whole...
Late to the party and I didn't get the data but I got inspired to get some data that works. Here is a tune I came up with which is a factory long block 392, factory cam, with nag1 in a 2014 Rubicon....
bring "torque throttle source" as a pid into your log. it provides a hint and when and where issues happen. I'd add more "inj pulse width limit", restore all cat overtemp stuff to stock, minimum...
think you need to remove skim with j2534 toolbox. its nothing hp tuners can do. its in theft mode surely unless that company modified the pcm for you first.
Since no one else will say I'll help. Get into the throttle tab and make the whole feedback control proportional table a 1.0. You're supercharged. That's how it is gonna be. Also with this change...
You absolutely cannot do that. HP Tuners will unlock a pcm ONLY for which Operating Systems match from Donor to replacement. If you simply read out the tune from the Donor pcm and send that in which...
The Dodge tech are just cigarette smoking in the shop right under the hood of your car dumb fucks with a very very VERY dirty work environment. Wish I took pics. Desoto, Missouri. And they forget to...
I know! theres something about those early models. Take a peek here at airflow for starting.126092
I have seen lots of inquiries about flex fuel for the 6.4 and more to where the option is available for gpec2 and the like. People bring my company dodge anything to fix tunes and get them to pass...
edit, statement proved untrue
Got it sorted already. The customer built the engine and failed to tell me that he locked out the camshaft fully. No more misfires, no more high temps, getting desired timing, moving on with the...
add throttle body air (10 to 40lbs) from 0 to 0.50 volts or go to torque model friction torque base and set 0 to 1600rpm to 5ft lbs and blend out. This table induces a throttle hang from experience....
I've done lots of procharger setups on hemis up to 2019 in the past and this specific year has something in the operating system I may have missed or is new I'm guessing. Why cant I get the requested...
I'm afraid your Hp Tuners isn't up to the task with Idle steps. For Jtec PCMS I use Snap on scanner. It shows it just fine. Set your steps from 60 to 0 at idle while maintaining your desired and tune...
Customer wanted ported heads, camshaft, and single blade throttle body. Go to read, no good. Noise. Take pcm out and put it into a production SRT10 truck M6. Read and unable to open. Programmed a...
812hp/896tq I'm done. Threw in the towel.
114882 pcm read
114883 tcm read
114884 tcm tune
114885 pcm tune
114886 log of wot pull
It's cold out so nothing more than 80 in a pull. Manifold Temp is what spark clipping is going by and it doesn't exceed 150F in a pull. Adjusted for as well.
Also, car made the higher boost (2.4P ratio) once before it got time to learn and clip it off. Once the Throttle Inlet Pressure tables change were made, it made 2.4P ratio repeatedly.
