maf/
I guess I'll leave it alone then & be happy the way it is/
thanks for helping/explaining neway!
hmm, it feels different w/o wot, too.
obviously at wot the difference would be way more noticeable, but anyway....
I put on a radically (stage 2) ported intake, reset the ltft, drove like 30 miles & THEN started logging for like 20 miles/
the trims were dead on before, & they are pretty much dead on now/
I mean...
well, guess it's not there in e40s.... :(
where would I find that?
so if I want the REAL beta 2.25 in the future instead of 2.24 with new definitions, do I still have to contact customer support or will I be able to get it from the customer login?
well, hope dies last.... ;)
nope, apparently NOT/
(for whatever reason)
maybe someone from the hpt team can join in here (perhaps with a solution) ?
I have already an 'autoshop' tune, but I just thought, what if they think I'm just a smartass , reflash it with a tech2 & then beat the sh*t out of the car?
that's why I want the tune to be locked/
good idea/
VERY good idea/

thanks for helping me out here, obviously I couldn't see the forest for the trees.../ ;)
after reading what happened to this camaro guy http://jalopnik.com/5949701/driver-records-south-carolina-chevy-dealership-trashing-his-camaro, I thought it might be a good idea (just in case I'll...

primary ve vs rpm vs map
the curves are really kinda tight in the 2d view, so I thought it would be way easier to smooth (or interpolate, meaning just keep the curve going) certain areas, if there...
thanks for the help & extra thanks for the excel sheet!
due to the elevation where I live (7000 feet in new mexico), I will never be able to populate the cells in the 88 & higher kpa cells in the 'manifold absolute pressure' table (like in the ltft).
now...
yeah, but isn't there a way to adjust the afr?
I tried already setting the pe in a certain way to get it lean -> didn't bring up the mpg at all & threw a lean code after 2 days.
the cavalier is my...
no it's not an LSJ file - it's from a regular base cavalier (2000, 2.2 ohv)/
I just thought this applies to this model, too/
not here neither (& this really IS advanced mode)/

so how would I get this little 'sucker' more lean in the...
did you change the numbers to celsius or did you just reflash it with the same settings?
thanx.
might wanna adjust my numbers a little.
2001CamaroGuy:
at what pressure do you have your fans come on?
wow, now that's cool!
the change went perfect in closed loop. the car doesn't run rich at all, just right.
no gas smell, no soot in the tailpipe.
so running a little richer with 14.2:1 that should also help your...
For the most complete combustion gasoline usually needs to be burned at a ratio of 14.7 parts of air to 1 part fuel. This air to fuel ratio (AFR) is called stoichiometric or Lambda = 1.
now when you...
