Your math is correct most i found like 12.00 to 12.20 log torque source and take her out and hammer it that will tell you what torque management source is kicking in
Yes 2000 on up in my car witch is the same yours but an auto. I my work good at .8550 but all cars are a little different. Don't forget stoich is 14.08
First off on theses cars when you reflash them you may have to drive them some 20 miles or so do to adptive learning. Two depending on what fuel is available in your area 91 or 93 is how much timming...
Check for air leaks at the cai connections I will look at your tune over the next couple of day and get back to you .

Go to a site called master engine tuners look under project cars you will find a 3.7 v6 mustang they tuned with hp tuners read the article. I when't 13.7 with what Dan said and after a lot more...

Ok if you look under engine torque management there are three limiter tables fuel - fuel and spark - spark only there you will find the answer to the BOA 2000 rpm limiter

First off the V6 cars use a CHT ( cylinder head temp ) sensor ! there is no ECT sensor so it should be set to disable and the CHT set to enable !
