I thought you had Sean Church tune that car?
the cam goes to full retard by 1500
is it stock?
right click : )
the tc behavior is not strange...
the throttle is closing and making it look strange
*never tune engine and trans separately
dave ^^^ is a smart guy
that very well might be why it stumbles at that shift
but why 2-3?
why only 2-3?
i have a theory that there is a glitch in the system
my buddies 13:1 5.7 based motor only wants 26 degrees on good E
its in a 2700# dart
cant imagine yers wanting more than that at what? 4400?
he is leaving on a brake and at a lot higher rpm...
how much timing it will want is dependant on how much dome the piston has
*but i doubt it will want more than 26 no matter what is in it
active exhaust is gone
if there are no resistors under the car and there is no light on the dash someone went into the pcm
open both yer read and a stock file > compare > view comparison log
it would have been so nice to have had that explained day one
years ago now, but good times just the same : )
yer welcome
that was for a more stock build
if would be more concerned with it running into the limiter top of 2nd gear
i can help with that
no you cannot
if it aint got a blower (stock), chrysler is too cheap to spend the money on a pressure sensor
they just add table 34080 which is supposed to anticipate the pressure loss
...
Naw, you only needed 2 credits to write to that pcm
You will need 4 more if you want to write to the trans
You might want to post this in the proper sub forum. The HPT crew is not in this one...
Try reposting this in the vcm suite section maybe
Or editor section
Have you read the instructions?
with a JPEC2 controller the parameter to log is 'exhaust cam center position'
with the JPEC2a look for 'exhaust cam angle'
No, nothing is wrong
What version of vcm suite were you using when you created that older log? What version are you using now?
Yes, I can help you. iirc yours is a 2011, correct??? JPEC??
this is the way
fan tune is very complex
you must use native values and really, to get the most from it, the entire tune needs to be tweaked, not just the fan temps
i first adjust those to get the thing to run...
because the sensitivity is adjustable in the tune
KR might be zero (0) while the sensors are screaming for mercy +5v (pegged)
the sensor voltage tells you how loud the knock is
therefor...
its knocking pretty good
pulling 4 deg at the one spot i looked at
i would log voltage at those sensors and figure out why
i got this
can look
yayyy
knock retard is dependant on the tune
what you want to be looking at is the voltage from each knock sensor
